About Liturgy

I just would like to comment that I found May 14th's Gospel very appropriate and relative to Mothers Day. Just as Christ is the vine and we are the branches hoping to bloom, those of us that are mothers have our own "branches" to tend to and sometimes it seems as if the blossoms are few and far between. As stated in this weeks bulletin...sometimes our conversion experiences are slow in coming....but faith in God and persistance will bring out the blossoms. It is our job as mothers to bring them forth.

Thank you Father Joe for your beautiful homily and reaffirmation to never give up hope, to teach our children by example and that our persistance and dedication will pay off.
